Welcome to the website of my psychotherapy and consultation practice. If you, your loved ones or your business are struggling to create positive growth and change, I can help. Psychotherapy is the scientific practice of identifying and eliminating challenges to help bring about desired improvements. I have a 15 years of University training and over 15 years of experience focused on helping with the change process. As well I've gained valuable experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, management and the arts. I work with all ages of individuals, couples, families, and groups. While I have special expertise in anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationships, gender/sexuality, cultural transition, career and creativity, I'm happy to consult with you on how I can help with any issue that needs attention and change. With organizations, I offer customer service evaluation, employee engagement/motivation, career transition support, and wellness workshops. I am a member of CPATH and CCAPA and a Topic Expert on GoodTherapy.org
