Hi, I’m Ashley--a therapist who believes that healing happens in connection. I work with individuals and couples, especially those navigating the complexities of fertility, pregnancy, parenting, and other big life transitions. I also support clients facing cultural stressors, relational challenges, and identity shifts, always with care and cultural sensitivity.
My approach is rooted in Relational-Cultural Therapy, which means I see the therapeutic relationship not just as a tool for healing, but as a meaningful connection where mutual growth can happen. I strive to create a space where clients feel that they truly matter—where our work together models the kind of strong, reciprocal, and empowering relationships we all need to thrive. I believe that when we feel seen and valued, we can move through pain and toward resilience with more confidence and clarity. With an attachment-focused and anti-oppressive lens, I honour the ways your past relationships and identities shape your present experiences. I also love bringing in elements of mindfulness, creativity, and body awareness to support clients in reconnecting with their inner strengths and natural wisdom. Whether you’re overwhelmed, grieving, growing, or all of the above—I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, toward greater connection, meaning, and healing. |
